Sur la vm lamp, après avoir fait le ménage de paquet db8 encore présents, il en est un qu'on arrive pas à gérer :

(April) root@lamp:~# dpkg -l |grep deb8

(April) root@lamp:~# apt-get remove tzdata

Demande : résoudre l'incohérence pour apt et mettre à jour le paquet tzdata en Buster.
