QGuLL je comprends pas bien, smtputf8 est requis mais du coup tu l'as forcé à no ?
il était requis car il était à yes ?
PoluX[1]_ QGuLL: beh ma compréhension : le message était forgé ave de l'utf8 dans l'entête, donc au retour de sympa, postfix utilise le proto smtputf8 qui est actif dans stretch, et au retour du relais il se fait zoinxer car le relais n'offre pas ce proto
par ailleurs je dois dire que j'ignore si les smtp du commerce tolèrent smtputf8, donc même si notre relai le laisse passer, pas dit que l'email parvienne dans les boites
je me demande si on ne devrait pas désactiver smtputf8 sur nos machines stretch

Quelques éléments pour étayer la compréhension :
- le postfix du relais est en v2 (jessie)
- le postfix de sympa est en v3 (stretch)
- le support de l'utf8 est apparu avec postfix 3 : http://www.postfix.org/SMTPUTF8_README.html
- la gestion des fallbacks étant jugée trop complexe, un MTA ne gérant pas l'utf8 peut tout à fait refuser un message. C'est décrit dans le RFC, commenté par bortz. http://www.bortzmeyer.org/6531.html

La dernière remarque est un extrait très clair de la doc sus-mentionnée :
When a message is received with the SMTPUTF8 request, Postfix will deliver the message to a non-SMTPUTF8 SMTP or LMTP server ONLY if:
No message header value contains UTF-8.
The envelope sender address contains no UTF-8,
No envelope recipient address for that specific SMTP/LMTP delivery transaction contains UTF-8.
NOTE: Recipients in other email delivery transactions for that same message may still contain UTF-8.
Otherwise, Postfix will return the recipient(s) for that email delivery transaction as undeliverable. The delivery status notification message will be an SMTPUTF8 message. It will therefore be subject to the same restrictions as email that is received with the SMTPUTF8 request.
