Anomalie #1700

Le symptôme :
- on utilise notre connexion internet OVH
- on peut appeler sans souci et avoir une conversation
- on peut être appelé mais la connexion coupe au bout de 2/3 secondes (le temps de dire bonjour quoi :)). Ce problème est reproductible
