Description

Le service smartd du laptop cataire génère des alertes/erreurs :

Le seul disque de cataire est un SSD.

smartd semble gérer mieux gérer les SSD depuis que cette amélioration est implémentée. Cette amélioration n'est pas présente dans la version de Debian Bookworm.

Les alertes/erreurs ne semblent pas liées à un réel problème mais plutôt à une limitation de du service smartd :

J'ai désactivé le service smartd sur la machine cataire:

root@cataire:~# systemctl stop smartmontools.service 
root@cataire:~# systemctl disable smartmontools.service

Executing: /lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install disable smartmontools
Removed /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/smartmontools.service.
Removed /etc/systemd/system/smartd.service.
root@cataire:~# systemctl mask smartmontools.service 
Created symlink /etc/systemd/system/smartmontools.service → /dev/null.
