Description
When a user post its RSS feed in the following form :
http://www.april.org/fr/my?action=informations
for the Planet RSS, the URL is not properly escaped : Space are allowed in URL, they should be encoded as %20 or +.
- when you put "+" it is silently deleted (as a result, the url become invalid)
- when you pur "%20" the % is silently deleted (samed punishment)
